The honorable Central Courelli is presiding.
CRIMINAL INDICTMENT
VAHVA, Defendant herein, knowingly and willingly engaged in Fraud and Griefing, in violation of section 6.3. of the Regional Code, Section 6.4. of the Regional Code, and Section 2 of the Constitution. Further elaborating that the Defendant both committed voter fraud and identity fraud. This was done through the Defendant using the nationstates account of a former citizen to then hold two citizenship accounts, all of which he admitted to Asairia. The Defendant used both of these accounts to vote for the Civil Trial Procedure Amendment. The Defendant, since returning, has also repeatedly baited and attacked citizens of The Versutian Federation while also attempting to avoid punishment; something he confessed to thinking about using his secondary citizen account for.
THE PROSECUTION FURTHER REQUESTS that the Court issue a declaratory judgement finding the Defendant guilty on these charges, and issue an injunction of relief which, at minimum, bans the Defendant from the region for a period of eight months and strikes the Defendant's recent votes from the record.
The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to Article 7, Section 2.1 of the Constitution.
Respectfully submitted this 9th day of July 2018, under penalty of perjury.
