Regions I am reporting on: The Galactic Confederacy and The Capitalist Paradise
Recent events in regions: The Galactic Confederacy- There was a recent regional shift between The Galactic Federacy and The Galactic Confederacy. They are still the same region, but with a differently structured discord and less members. Since they are technically a new region, their regional population is low, but it will increase with time. Other than that, things are relatively quiet.
The Capitalist Paradise- Not much happening in its discord or in NS. There was a recent dip in their regional population, and not too much RMB activity.
Opinion- Keep both regions, they are longtime allies who we should not abandon. I will try my best to stir up things in Capitalist Paradise. Low activity is normal for them.
Suggestions- LCN (League of Conservative Nations) is a very active region, both in their discord and in NS. Perhaps that can be a future embassy region. However, they do have an embassy with Right for Life, so that may not be possible. I have been in their discord for a while and there is constant activity, again just a suggestion.
Region i am reporting on: The Commonwealth Federation
Events and Notes: With a lower and lower activity in the governmential part of the server structure and an ever-decreasing participation of said government in internal and external affairs, the roleplay has tended to increase in popularity, size and importance in tge region. Although the general discussion and message rate is quiet low, it still enjoys somewhat of an active community. Other than that, nothing new and or important occured on the server in my stay there.
Relations Improving Proposals: Perhaps a future and really only proposed cooperation between both region's famous and popular roleplay could tromendoulsy shape our relations with the Federation.
Other than that, that is all. If questions arise, just ask me!
First and foremost, The North Pacific is planning on switching forums due to the impending Zetaboards merger. You can find their full investigation of the merger and their reasoning for the switch here.
The status of the switch has been put on hold due to technical difficulties importing assets.
REGIONAL ASSEMBLY
The North Pacific's Regional Assembly has been active since my last report. The following have been up for vote:
The following 52 regions were raided by the North Pacific Army in the month of July. Most of the raids were tag raids:

COMMUNICATIONS
The latest edition of The Northern Lights (Issue XXIV) was released on July 13th. It is like a newspaper that highlights what has happened in the region. You should be able to view it here.
Ever since our reform in April, The North Pacific has been taking more interest in our updates, especially my summaries of each month's roleplay events. Even though our region-to-region contact is limited with them at the moment, I still get a friendly vibe from them towards us.
MOVING FORWARD
It may be nice to consider ways of getting closer to them over the next few months and start engaging in more region-to-region contact.
While most Ministers of Foreign Affairs know this, my access to Balder's information is significantly less than The North Pacific's, hence the difference in length.
Balder's Storting has been completely inactive in the past month as far as I can tell.
OPINION
To be honest, the past two months have been extremely and unusually quiet for Balder. To my knowledge, nothing serious or catastrophic has happened to cause this; they just seem to be in a high state of lull at the moment.
I still have no idea what will happen with their new forum. The last I knew they were looking into options but nothing was formally announced and my inquiries into it have been ignored. Prior to these past two months, Balder had been good at replying to me.
For the first time since my appointment as ambassador to both them and The North Pacific, I'd have to say TNP is closer to us than Balder, especially since we have yet to receive an ambassdaor from Balder (despite being moved up on their ambassador vacancy list two-ish months ago).
When I submit my report to them in a few days, I will inquire some more and message you the results.
