TEMPORARY ROLEPLAY POLICY WAIVERS
A Resolution temporarily waiving certain claim restrictions and procedures to aid the Roleplay Reset.
1. Chapter 2, Section 2 shall be temporarily waived. Roleplayers shall now be permitted to alter their claim without penalty so long as their new claim does not exceed the size of the largest claim already on the map. The Cartographer may reject the desired expansion if it is larger than allowed, the expansion is not realistically feasible, conflicts with another roleplayer's claim, or for any other legitimate concern.
2. Chapter 2, Section 3 shall be temporarily waived. Roleplayers shall now be permitted to change locations with a reduced war prevention period of seven days from the enactment of the reset. New claims shall not exceed the size of the largest claim already on the map. The Cartographer may reject the desired expansion if it is larger than allowed, the expansion is not realistically feasible, conflicts with another roleplayer's claim, or for any other legitimate concern.
3. Chapter 2, Section 5, Clause 11 shall be temporarily waived. Map alterations shall be permitted without Committee approval; however, the Cartographer shall inform the Committee of general areas where new large islands or continents are being added. Small islands, lakes and other minor edits shall be automatically permitted per the discretion of the Cartographer and the claim holder. No new islands or continents, large or small, may be added in the Inland Sea due to its dynamic significance. The Cartographer may reject the desired expansion if it is larger than allowed, the expansion is not realistically feasible, conflicts with another roleplayer's claim, or for any other legitimate concern.
4. All temporary measures referenced in this resolution shall end on Monday, December 10, 2018.
Unanimously approved by the Committee on this eighth day of December 2018.
