12.      Should a complete roleplay reset, addition of another roleplay, or desire to replace the current or add another map be considered, the Committee shall vote to open a poll on the regional forum lasting five days to determine the citizenship’s interest in doing so. Once the poll concludes, in order for any of the above to be enacted, a majority of citizens polled must be in favor of the action, and the Committee must be in unanimous support.

     12.1.     If a complete roleplay reset or the addition of another roleplay is enacted and/or a new genre of roleplay is desired, the Committee shall poll the citizenship for a minimum of three five days to see which genre a majority of them support. Multiple polls may be used to narrow the options, and during the final poll, whichever option has the most support shall be sent to the Committee for unanimous approval. The Committee shall then be tasked with building the new genre’s regulations, specifications, and traits.

     12.2.     If multiple maps are being considered, the Committee shall poll the citizenship for a minimum of three five days to see which map a majority of them support. Multiple polls may be used to narrow the options, and during the final poll, whichever option has the most support shall be sent to the Committee for unanimous approval.

     12.3.     If a new map is adopted, the Committee shall open a claim signup thread lasting a minimum of three five days for all qualifying roleplayers to join. Once the five days have concluded, the Committee shall designate someone to use a random name or number selector to fairly determine the order of claim selection.
