Election Organization Amendment

Since we got super nitpicky with the constitution and when we can hold special elections, I thought it would be prudent to observe that we do not technically have it written down anywhere when these elections take place. The constitution says the second day of the month they take place, but other than the fact we started having them in certain months, this isn't actually officially stated. I'm not sure how someone could break things with that in mind, but it seems strange not to have the actual dates codified anywhere. Our new legal system began in April, so the months listed simply cover the months we have been having these elections per the term lengths required by the Constitution. Altering them would extend or shorten the terms we have now. If any of you really want to fight about these dates, we could amend the Constitution to mandate officials be elected every 2, 4, or 6 months, instead of speak specifically about terms in office, which I believe would avoid violating the provision and end-running the Constitution, but I don't think it needs to come to that.

I will ask that the Speaker schedule a vote on this in 24 hours, just in case.
