CITIZENSHIP PROCESS AMENDMENT
A Constitutional Amendment clarifying the granting of citizenship and providing the possibility of further legislative changes on this topic.
1. Article 1, Section 2 of the Constitution shall be amended:
Section 2: Citizenship
Any nation which has been a Resident of The Versutian Federation for at least one continuous week,and has registered on the Regional Forum, shall be considered a Citizen and has successfully requested citizenship as provided by law shall become a Citizen. Each individual user may only register one account on the Regional Forum, regardless of the number of nations which they possess or control. In the event an individual's citizenship lapses as provided by law, they may become a Citizen again provided they meet the criteria outlined in this Section.
Any nation which has been a Resident of The Versutian Federation for at least one continuous week,
Voting shall end at 6:00 PM CST Saturday, December 29 / 12:00 AM GST on Sunday, December 30, 2018.
A two-thirds super-majority (66.67%) is needed to pass this constitutional amendment.
