Overview
Commend Jutsa seeks to commend Jutsa of Forest for, "[Providing] decision-makers in multitudes of jurisdictions with information concerning no less than fourteen separate matters ... tremendous leadership in documenting hundreds of issues of national importance ... and involvement in other projects of significance, such as NSIndex, where the nation has participated in the recording of significant issues, General Assembly resolutions, Security Council resolutions, and other historical legislation."
Author's Justification
The author, Candensia of The Hole To Hide In, and co-author, Kuriko of 10000 Islands, believe that Jutsa's involvement in creating national policy issues, helping record resolutions and issues of importance, and service in the Ministry of Education in The East Pacific are worthy of commendation.
My Decision
When a lot of NationStates players find policies confusing, especially when you believe you are choosing one option only to have something totally unexpected and sometimes entirely different occur, people like Jutsa can really be helpful. I believe that Jutsa's desire to help new nations understand National Issues, their effort to further the game by assisting in the development of new Issues, and their willingness to assist in the preservation of Resolutions and other important documents makes this commendation a worthy one.
I have cast my vote in favor of this commendation.
