Summary of facts and how this broke the law/rules or violated the Constitution: The nation of Sad States has been working in close cooperation with members of a foreign government, with the goal of bringing about the ultimate destruction of the Versutian Federation. He has conspired to use his powers as Minister of Foreign Affairs to strain our relations with our allies and bring about the closure of our embassies. He also took part a military takeover by a foreign power of Warzone Sandbox from Versutian influence, working with the region of Audax by endorsing their appointed military delegate.
