CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS ACT #4
An Amendment doing something to improve the region.
1. Article 1, clause 3, shall be amended to read:
1.3. A 'citizen Nation' shall be defined as any nation that has a forum account, of which only one may be made for each player;
2. Article 2, clause 2, shall be struck from the Constitution
3. Article 2, clause 5, shall be amended to read:
1.3. The founder may declare a state of emergency.
4. Article 4, clause 3, part 2 shall be added to read:
4.3.2. In a case where the WA Delegate, the Founder, and the Minister of Justice are party to a case, the case shall be judged by an arbiter elected by parliament.
5. Article 8, clause 2, part 5 shall be added to read:
8.2.5. Any attempt to use the Regional Message Board or the Offsite Forum to recruit for other regions.
