SELECTIVE DIPLOMATIC ELECTION of MoFA
A Constitutional Amendment to restrict the election of the chief diplomats within own ranks, to seek professionalisme and experience.

1. Article 5, Section 2 of the Constitution shall be amended:
The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall be the chief diplomat of the region.
a) The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall be elected by Parliament as described in section 1 of this article, Alongside it all incumbent diplomats shall nominate before parliament, amongst themselves a 'chief diplomat-elect', which shall be considered by Parliament.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall have the power to:
2.1. Establish embassies;
2.2. Conduct interregional diplomacy on behalf of the region;
2.3. Appoint and manage an ambassadorial team;
2.4. Negotiate treaties;
2.5. Execute any power delegated to them by law.
