Explanation of petitioner's standing (how this reviewed law, policy, or action adversely affects petitioner): As The Versutian Federation approaches record low citizenship and resident numbers, it is the belief of the petitioner that the indefinite office ban should be lifted temporarily, allowing the petitioner to serve solely in domestic offices while our region attempts to revive itself. With experience as Delegate, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Minister of Immigration, coupled with half a decade of outside experience, authorship of a General Assembly Proposal, and creator of Deputy Ministers, the petitioner is absolutely capable of serving this region at a high level. Even if this ban were to temporarily lifted, the region would still have the ability to challenge the petitioner in an election.
Any other relevant or additional information to be considered by Court as part of this request: Permission for the petitioner to serve in the following positions if elected or appointed: Minister of Immigration and Deputy Minister of the same ministry, Minister of Domestic Affairs and Deputy of the same ministry, Speaker and Deputy of the same position, and Roleplay Committee, for a duration of 6 months, beginning on June 1st. The Court should maintain the right to rescind this ruling at anytime.
