JUNE 2019 APPLICATION
for
ROLEPLAY COMMITTEE
In accordance with Section 9.2.3 of the Regional Code, applications to serve on the Roleplay Committee are now opened.
Duties of the position are as follows:

3. The roleplay policy of the region will be written and managed by a Roleplay Committee consisting of at least three citizens confirmed by a majority vote of the Parliament for a term of one month. Citizens interested in serving on the Committee shall complete and submit an application to the respective forum section during the application period as announced by the Speaker five days prior to the 2nd of each month. The application period shall end on the 1st of the each month, and the three most senior non-conflicted government officials, as listed in descending order in the Constitution, shall then choose the three most qualified applicants for Parliament confirmation and present them to the Speaker to put to vote as prescribed by regional law. Should there not be three non-conflicted Ministers, Deputy Ministers shall be asked to help with the selection process as listed in descending order by Ministry in the Constitution. Three applicants must be chosen prior to the start of the voting period on the 2nd of the each month. A simple majority is necessary to nominate an applicant for Parliament confirmation, and if a nominee fails to be confirmed by Parliament, the same non-conflicted officials shall select a replacement from the pool of applicants.
4. The Roleplay Committee will select among themselves a chair to oversee the committee’s operations.
5. The Roleplay Committee will determine standard procedure for the execution of its duties by majority vote of its members.
6. Roleplay commissioners will not be considered government officials.

Applications will last for a period of FOUR (4) days, starting on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, and concluding on Saturday, June 1st, 2019 at 4:00 PM EDT/9:00 PM GMT.

- Are Citizens, as defined by the Constitution.
Confirmation voting will begin thereafter; starting Sunday, June 2, 2019, and concluding Friday, June 7, 2019. The term for Roleplay Committee is ONE (1) month.
