CRIMINAL INDICTMENT
IT IS CHARGED THAT on or about the period between 26 November 2017 and 9 April 2018,
JONORIO, Defendant herein, knowingly or willfully antagonized, harassed, and bullied other Citizens, and continued to do so after being warned several times, and in multiple instances, in violation of Section 6.4 of the Legal Code.
THE PROSECUTION REQUESTS the Court allow the introduction of the following exhibits into evidence:
1. Prosecution Exhibit A - Discord user Al Kev888 confirms his NationStates nation as Jonorio.
2. Prosecution Exhibit B - After an argument, the Defendant attempts to harass Bainius, a Citizen, into silence.
3. Prosecution Exhibit C - In a Direct Message, the Defendant attempts to harass then-President Asairia into resigning from the Presidency.
4. Prosecution Exhibit D - After being asked several questions regarding the Defendant's campaign for Delegate, the Defendant lashes out at several users.
5. Prosecution Exhibit E - The same subject continued.
6. Prosecution Exhibit F - The same subject continued.
7. Prosecution Exhibit G - The Defendant lashes out at incumbent World Assembly Delegate Akohos.
8. Prosecution Exhibit H - After being refused an appointment as Deputy Minister of Immigration, the Defendant harasses incumbent Minister of Immigration Bainius.
9. Prosecution Exhibit I - The Defendant attempts to harass United Indochina and Akohos into silence.
10. Prosecution Exhibit J - The Defendant makes a direct personal attack on Akohos.
THE PROSECUTION FURTHER REQUESTS the Court issue a declaratory judgment finding the Defendant guilty on all charges, and issue an injunction of relief which, at minimum, bans the Defendant from the region and its off-site properties for a minimum of 4 months, as per Section 7.5 of the Legal Code.
The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to Article 7, Section 2.1 of the Constitution.
