The Republic of Central Courelli
Minister of Domestic Affairs and Prosecution
The Defendant is charged with 7 counts of Griefing per Chapter 6 Clause 5 of the Legal Code.
Prosecution will be represented by Courelli.
Defense will be represented by Intinar. The Defendant is reminded that he may select a citizen or himself to represent him in this case and enter a plea in the time allotted for that purpose. If he fails to do so, a plea of Not Guilty will be entered and counsel will be appointed for him. The Defendant may choose different counsel at any time.
The Court would like to state, with consideration to the fact this is the first case under the region's new Constitution and Legal Code, that evidence submission has typically taken place after indictment is accepted by the Court. Cognizant of the fact that no clear Court Procedure has been laid out in time for this case, the Court will accept the submission, but provide Defense ample time to respond to it and collect evidence of its own.
The Court proposes the following schedule for this trial and invites both parties to confirm or suggest changes:
April 11-13: Counsel Selection
April 13-16: Evidence Submission and Review
April 16-19: Arguments
April 19-22: Deliberation
April 22-24: Sentencing
