6.     Nations who have claims but have not submitted any in-character posts within the past two months may qualify for removal by the Cartographer. Should the Cartographer decide to remove an inactive nation an inactive roleplayer be removed, they the cartographer shall warn inform the roleplayer to get active or face removal of their removal and shall submit a receipt of the warning notice to the Committee for possible appeal. Should no response be received within forty-eight hours and the Committee has not appealed the matter, the inactive roleplayer may be removed. Roleplayers who are removed shall be required to wait two (2) weeks before rejoining at their request. Should they rejoin and be removed for inactivity again, they shall be disallowed from rejoining the roleplay for two (2) months.

3.1.     The events channel shall be used for in-character posts that are to be considered public knowledge such as major events, news coverage, etc.

3.2.     The confidential channel shall be used for in-character posts that are generally not to be considered public knowledge, including but not limited to classified information or dialogue between two or more people. Some events posted therein may qualify for public discovery if they are large in scale, occur close to another nation, or are discovered through reasonable and realistic means.
