ACKNOWLEDGING that Bainius has served as Minister of Immigration since 4th April 2018, after being confirmed and subsequently winning election to the post unanimously;
HOWEVER, while sure that Bainius does want to do the best in his position, firmly convinced that Bainius’ management of the Immigration Ministry and his own ability to recruit are of inept skill;
NOTING that a Minister of Immigration must be able to both effectively manage a recruitment team and be able to recruit themselves;
ESTABLISHING that Bainius has shown he is unable to do either, and has himself came to this conclusion in several discussions on the matter;
DENOUNCING that fact that Bainius had to wait until confronted by several users until he showed a genuine interest in handling the Immigration Ministry, yet the process has still been passed onto other members of the region;
DISPLEASED at the way Bainius has reacted when others have offered help in managing his Ministry, to the extent where he pushed them for time and made them less effective;
THEREBY convinced that a recall vote on Bainius is the only way to set the Immigration Ministry back on the right tracks;
HEREBY requests a recall vote be held on Bainius, in his capacity as Minister of Immigration.
