In the matter of:

The Court of The Versutian Federation is now in session and will consider the following criminal indictment. The honorable Ghostopolis is presiding.
CRIMINAL INDICTMENT
IT IS CHARGED THAT on the 22nd of June 2018
BRYS EST, Defendant herein, knowingly and willingly engaged in a form of malfeasance, in violation of section 6.5. of the Regional Code.
THE PROSECUTION REQUESTS that the Court allow the introduction of the following exhibits into evidence:
1. Prosecution Exhibit A - Defendant Brys Est first refuses Central Courelli's request to be his deputy.
2. Prosecution Exhibit B - Defendant Brys Est messages Central Courelli on the application 'Snapchat', explaining he will make him his Deputy if he is given a SLU Discord Server role
3. Prosecution Exhibit C - Defendant Brys Est reaffirms his offer, further requesting discord power to change nickname powers for himself as well as the original role.
4. Prosecution Exhibit D - Defendant Brys Est confirms that he was responsible for said 'Snapchats' in a Direct Message conversation with the Prosecution.
THE PROSECUTION FURTHER REQUESTS that the Court issue a declaratory judgement finding the Defendant guilty on these charges, and issue an injunction of relief which, at minimum, removes the Defendant from office and then restrict the defendant from holding further office for a period of 8 months, as outlined in section 7.6 of the Regional Code.
The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to Article 7, Section 2.1 of the Constitution.

The Defendant is charged with 1 count of Malfeasance per Chapter 6 Clause 6 of the Legal Code.
Prosecution will be represented by Valturus.
Defense will be represented by Akohos. The Defendant is reminded that he may select a citizen or himself to represent him in this case and enter a plea in the time allotted for that purpose. If he fails to do so, a plea of Not Guilty will be entered and counsel will be appointed for him. The Defendant may choose different counsel at any time.
