Additional representation(s): UED, Jenlom, Sad States
Date(s) of alleged infractions: ~February 20th, 2015; ~March 4th - 8th
Summary of facts and how this broke the law/rules or violated the Constitution: Valloria violated the trust of the current constituents and residents of the Federation during the creation of the Constitution and his placement as Governing Director of the Versutian Federation, as outlined by the Oath of Offices. By using vague and broad definitions within the Constitution, Valloria assigned practically unlimited powers for the Office of Governing Director, which he was the incumbent during this time.
The Oath of Offices: I, <NAME>, do hereby solemnly swear to uphold and keep pure the honor of my office through this Constitution. I swear never to violate the code of ethics inherent to my office. I promise to protect the innocent and defend the weak, and do so to the best of the abilities afforded to me by this position. I swear to never break the trust of my constituents, and to be honest with my compatriots. I do this, by the grace of all Versutians, in the name of this region.

The Supreme Justice has accepted that, while there is no legal definition within the Federation for the charge of Corruption, that the case is meritorious.
Due to the lack of proper definition, the following legal definition will be used:
Dishonest or fraudulent conduct by those in power, typically involving bribery.

Judgement
JINWOY, SUPREME JUSTICE:
1. In the face of evidence and witness testimony, I hereby find Valloria guilty of Corruption.
2. Additionally, manipulation of the Constitution in order to facilitate your own needs and advance yourself goes beyond general Corruption and into High Treason (the crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill or overthrow the sovereign or government).
3. Since Valloria was trusted with the creation of the Constitution, Valloria is wholly responsible for any intentionally designed loopholes.
4. Since the current, legal revision of the Constitution has revealed loopholes intentionally designed for someone else's gain, I am authorising total suspension and giving emergency executive actions to the current legal government.
Judgement: Ban justified against Valloria. Ban extended to all of his puppets. Total ban lasts 3 months. Valloria itself must remain banned. Banned from public office indefinitely.
Appeal pre-emptively rejected. Non-partisan overview accepted.
